"Eyn el Molk," Amir Abbas Hoveyda's Father,
was the representative of Persia to Saudi Arabia

1925, above, Ibn Saud had just proclaimed himself King of the Hejaz and Najd.
Hoveyda's father in white robe next to the King, protected Iranian interests and
pilgrims going to Mecca. Below, a 1931 photo shows Hoveyda,s father in uniform and cap presenting  his ambassador's letter of credences to King Ibn Saud.
